Design, deploy, and support GPON and XGS-PON access network architectures Engineer and maintain OLT platforms, PON service profiles, and subscriber provisioning Troubleshoot service issues across OLT, ONT, and optical distribution network layers
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience with GPON and XGS-PON access networks in ISP or telecom environments Strong troubleshooting skills across physical and logical network layers Experience with OLT and ONT platforms Knowledge of fiber access network architecture and operations Familiarity with optical signal analysis and troubleshooting
