As Test Architect you will be responsible driving QA strategy, standardisation and quality maturity across a complex product environment.
This is a hands‑on strategic role suited to someone who has deep experience in building and embedding QA frameworks, rather than managing teams.
You’ll play a critical role in elevating engineering quality, improving release confidence, and
Experience- Proven track record in defining and rolling out QA strategy & architecture at scale
- Experience working in complex, configurable product environments
- Strong background in both manual and automated testing approaches
- QA frameworks & methodologies
- Automation strategy (not necessarily hands‑on coding)
- Quality metrics and reporting xcfaprz frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management across engineering, product, and leadership
- Ability to influence without authority
- Pragmatic, delivery‑focused mindset
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
