Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) Hands-on expertise in programming and scripting using Python or similar languages, and automating workflows with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines. Strong proficiency with Linux operating systems in production environments Hands-on experience engineering, deploying, and operating vendor-purchased, off-the-shelf network monitoring solutions (e.g., SevOne, ITNM, Netscout, NetBrain). Strong skills in database management, including SQL and the integration of diverse data sources for comprehensive monitoring. Understanding of SNMP, syslog, and modern observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), including their orchestration in hybrid on-prem/cloud environments. Proficiency in integrating monitoring solutions with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP). Proven experience leveraging AI and GenAI technologies to improve efficiency. Track record of driving operational excellence by creating automated systems and integrations. Experience managing enterprise ITSM platforms for incident, request, and change management in 24x7 environments. Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead complex incident resolution and root cause analysis. Additional Information

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 104,600.00 to 162,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
