Join our dynamic dental team as an Associate Dentist and play a vital role in delivering exceptional oral healthcare! *Responsibilities*
* Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care
* Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, oral examinations, and diagnostic imaging using advanced tools such as digital X-rays and medical imaging equipment
* Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure all medical records are up-to-date
* Deliver patient-centered care by explaining treatment options clearly, addressing concerns, and ensuring comfort throughout procedures
* Practice infection control protocols diligently, including aseptic techniques and sterilization procedures to uphold the highest standards of safety
* Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry to enhance efficiency and patient experience
*Qualifications*
* Valid dental license with current licensure to practice dentistry in the state or region
* Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery preferred
* Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and HIPAA compliance
* Familiarity with dental office management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft or Dentrix is highly desirable
* Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and communicate effectively
* Experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental fabrication, and other complex procedures
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
