Skybound Getaways is seeking a motivated Customer Support Assistant to join our remote team. In this role, you will help support customers by responding to inquiries, assisting with service requests, and ensuring each client receives prompt and professional assistance.

Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding company services and policies
- Assist clients with service requests, updates, and general support
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions in internal systems
- Follow up with customers when needed to ensure satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with team members to resolve client concerns
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer and digital communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple requests
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
