The ideal candidate has experience in the regulated gaming industry and brings a minimum of 4 years of hands‑on DevOps experience, expertise in AWS / hybrid infrastructure, an automation‑first mindset, and a genuine enthusiasm for leveraging modern AI tooling to multiply team productivity.
This role is based in Atlanta, Georgia with the flexibility to work remotely or Hybrid depending on experience.
Responsibilities CI/CD & Automation
Design, build, and maintain reusable CI/CD pipeline templates and workflows to support consistent, auditable, and automated builds / deployments for use across multiple teams and environments.
Integrate automated quality gates into pipelines including unit and integration test execution, static analysis, image scanning, and IaC policy checks.
Implement and maintain container / image build, tagging, and promotion strategies across environments.
Drive adoption of deployment strategies to minimize downtime and reduce release risk.
Actively leverage AI coding assistants and LLM‑based tools to accelerate pipeline development, IaC authoring, and operational automation.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Author and maintain reusable, well‑documented modules that enable self‑service infrastructure provisioning.
Manage Terraform remote state, module versioning, and drift detection; integrate Terraform plan/apply as gated pipeline stages.
Apply IaC policy‑as‑code tools to enforce security and compliance standards automatically within pipelines.
Cloud Infrastructure & Operations
Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of AWS services including EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, and CloudFront in support of global iGaming operations.
Contribute to multi‑region and high‑availability deployment patterns that support continuous uptime and regulatory compliance requirements.
Maintain hybrid cloud environments to ensure interoperability across platforms as needed.
Participate in infrastructure cost reviews and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
Security & Compliance
Embed DevSecOps practices throughout the software delivery lifecycle, including pre‑commit secret scanning, SAST, SCA/dependency scanning, and container image vulnerability scanning.
Support compliance with GLI‑19/33, NIST 800‑53, SOC 2, and PCI DSS through automated controls, infrastructure drift detection, and audit‑ready logging pipelines.
Assist in integrating AWS security services (GuardDuty, Security Hub, CloudTrail, AWS Config) and cloud logs with SIEM/SOC systems for real‑time threat visibility.
Monitoring & Observability
Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability pipelines (CloudWatch, Prometheus/Grafana, OpenSearch/ELK) to enable proactive detection and rapid resolution of production issues.
Leverage AI‑powered monitoring tools for anomaly detection, log analysis, and incident correlation to reduce mean time to resolution.
Serve as a DevOps and automation resource for the broader organization.
Create and maintain clear documentation, runbooks, and golden‑path guides that empower engineering teams to self‑serve infrastructure and deployment needs.
Work cross‑functionally with Development, QA, and Compliance teams to ensure technical alignment on standards and deliverables.
Participate in on‑call rotation to support production incident response.
Skills/Requirements CI/CD & Automation

Solid scripting ability in Python for automation, tooling, and pipeline logic.
Candidates must be able to clearly explain a CI/CD or infrastructure system they built, including scale, tooling, and their specific contributions.
In your application, briefly describe how you’ve used AI tools to improve a development or infrastructure workflow.
