We are working with a recognised construction rental company, known for providing lifting solutions to major construction, infrastructure, and energy projects. With a strong European backing, the business partners with some of the industry’s most respected organisations to deliver complex projects with precision.
We are seeking a driven and commercially astute Sales Manager to expand their UK presence. This is a high-impact role suited to a proactive sales professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering measurable growth. You’ll be empowered to take ownership of your region and build long-lasting partnerships with key clients.
Responsibilities of the Role:
Identifying and securing new crane hire and sales opportunities across target regions Developing and executing strategic plans to expand market share Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders Conducting market research and competitor analysis to spot growth opportunities Managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions Representing the business at industry events and networking opportunities Requirements of Role:
