As a Client Service Associate on one of our growing teams, you will learn the Registered Investment Advisor industry from the ground up and have multiple career paths to choose from.

This position is located in NE Portland. We offer a flexible hybrid work environment with 2-3 days per week in the office; the team is currently onsite Tuesday and Thursday. On other days, you may work remotely, with the understanding that you'll come into the office as needed for in-person meetings or business needs.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Serving as a liaison between clients and custodians/investment managers, including managing client information and handling all cashiering and money movement requests
• Scheduling and organizing client meetings and proactively preparing meeting materials
• Coordinating the new client onboarding process:
  • Opening brokerage accounts, establishing cashiering needs, setting up online reporting access
  • Updating cost basis, tracking required minimum distributions, reconciling
