Annual salary: guarantee $584,000 (in addition to WRVU bonus model) - Year 1. Annual salary: guarantee $634,000 - Year 2 - 4. Signing bonus: $50,000. Education Loan repayment: $30,000 each year. Construction is about to begin on a brand new state-of-the-art Orthopaedic office building on the main campus of the hospital (expected opening in early 2024). Not-for-profit organization, independent, financially stable. Teaching opportunities are available with accredited ACGME/AOA programs.
