Development Manager (Residential Projects)

Location: North Dublin (Office-Based)

Salary: €90,000 – €100,000 (depending on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team in North Dublin. This is an office-based role focused on the successful planning, design coordination, and contract management of residential construction projects, ensuring a seamless transition to the site team for delivery.

• Lead and manage the pre-construction phase of residential projects from initial planning through to handover
  
• Oversee design coordination, ensuring all elements are aligned, compliant, and buildable
  
• Manage and administer contracts, including procurement strategy and tender processes
  
• Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and key stakeholders throughout project development
  
• Ensure all planning and regulatory requirements are met prior to construction
  
• Identify and mitigate risks during pre-construction stages
  
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation for handover to site teams
  
• Support the site team by ensuring clarity and completeness of project scope and contract details
  

• 
  
• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role within residential construction
  
• Strong background in residential projects (essential)
  
• In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and project planning
  
• Experience coordinating design teams and managing xcfaprz pre-construction workflows
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  
• Relevant construction-related qualification (preferred)
