With the opening of a third state-of-the-art clinic, we are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to step into an established, high-demand practice where you can build a full patient panel quickly and earn $400K+ in a supportive, physician-focused environment.

• Join a collaborative team of four pediatricians in a growing multi-specialty group
• Immediate patient volume with a partial panel available from a departing physician
• Monday-Friday clinic schedule with dedicated admin time
• Primarily outpatient pediatrics with shared 1:6 hospital call for ER consults and emergency C-sections
• Dedicated Medical Assistant support
• Modern EMR systems: eClinicalWorks (clinic) and Altera (hospital)

Compensation & Benefits

• Average physician earnings $400,000+
• $25,000 signing bonus plus relocation assistance
