Contract: 6 months initially with view to extension

Hourly rate: 45.19 EUR (approx. 94K per annum)
OVERVIEW
As a Technical Program Manager, you will independently lead the full lifecycle of complex, multi-phase programs that extend across teams and functions.
You will drive program strategy, execution, and continuous improvement while enabling teams to deliver high‑quality business outcomes.
Your work includes designing program structures, orchestrating stakeholder alignment, managing technical escalations, and ensuring operational excellence.
You excel in navigating ambiguity, applying judgment, and balancing short‑term needs with long‑term strategic goals.
Your ability to foster trusted cross‑functional relationships is key to program success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Strategy & Planning
Independently craft program charters that define scope, timelines, OKRs, resources, risks, and dependencies for advanced programs.
Build detailed project plans that break work into actionable phases, highlight constraints, and ensure clear visibility and alignment across teams.
Stakeholder & Team Management
Establish strong, trusted relationships with cross‑functional partners to support informed decision making and effective collaboration.
Optimize team roles, responsibilities, and engagement models for efficient program execution.
Manage program escalations and facilitate resolution in partnership with key stakeholders.
Technical Issue Triage & Resolution
Assess, prioritize, and triage technical issues across engineering and operational teams.
Where applicable, address and resolve tooling or process challenges that support engineering workflows.
Evaluate the impact of technical escalations and guide mitigation planning.
Program Communication & Representation
Develop and deliver predictable, stakeholder‑targeted communication plans and reporting cadences.
Represent program progress, risks, and decisions across a variety of forums, audiences, and leadership levels.
Change Management
Lead change management initiatives identified by program stakeholders, including developing rollout plans and conducting impact analyses.
Track implementation progress and resolve alignment gaps throughout the rollout lifecycle.
Execution, Governance & Reporting
Define required program data and metrics; independently collect, maintain, and report on them.
Own program trackers, dashboards, and status reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
Establish governance structures that guide risk mitigation, escalations, and continuous improvement.
Drive effective program meetings rooted in clear purpose, action orientation, and inclusion.
Continuous Improvement & Metrics
Determine program phasing, health indicators, and improvement metrics—including resource stewardship—in close partnership with stakeholders.
Set and evaluate regular checkpoints to measure progress and inform program pivots with transparent decision‑making rationale.
