This role will play a key part in shaping processes, tooling, and best practices, while working closely with delivery teams to embed security and automation across the development lifecycle.
North Dublin 6-month rolling contract Responsibilities: Lead the design and rollout of the DevSecOps function across teams and projects Define standards, workflows, and governance for secure software delivery Work closely with engineering, security, and delivery teams to drive adoption Champion automation, continuous improvement, and secure-by-design practices Act as a senior point of contact for DevSecOps-related initiatives and decisions Required Experience: Proven experience in a senior or lead DevSecOps role Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, pipelines, and delivery workflows Solid experience using Jira to manage delivery, workflows, and reporting Background in implementing DevSecOps practices within enterprise or consultancy environments Strong understanding of security principles across the software development lifecycle Experience influencing teams and stakeholders without direct authority Applicants must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland without restriction.
