This role is responsible for ensuring all guest areas, accommodation, spa/leisure facilities and plant operations are maintained to a high standard while supporting a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities Manage all maintenance activities across the property including guest areas, accommodation, spa/leisure facilities and grounds Develop and manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules Lead and supervise the maintenance team and external contractors Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire safety and statutory regulations Respond to maintenance issues, breakdowns and urgent repairs Manage maintenance budgets and control costs Conduct regular inspections and maintain maintenance records Support refurbishment and improvement projects Requirements Previous maintenance management or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building xcfaprz maintenance systems Experience working with Building Management Systems (BMS) Experience managing teams and contractors Good understanding of health & safety compliance Benefits Competitive salary Meals on duty Staff spa & leisure discounts Employee Assistance Programme Bike to Work Scheme Skills: Connacht Maintenance Manager Hospitality Benefits: Free Meals & Employee Discounts
