Facility:
This facility is part of a comprehensive healthcare network providing emergency services to the Avon community and surrounding areas. The emergency department features 28 beds with full support services available 24/7, including anesthesia, various surgical specialties, catheterization lab, laboratory, and radiology services.
Opportunity:
Physician - Emergency Medicine
Job Details:
• Provide emergency medicine services in a 28-bed emergency department
• Handle 6-10 patient encounters per shift
• Must have completed an Emergency Medicine residency
• Only ABEM board certification accepted per department and medical staff guidelines
• Various shift options available including day, evening, and overnight coverage
• Shifts available: 6a-3p, 9a-5p, 2p-11p, 4p-12a, 9p-6a, 10p-7a
• Full 24-hour support services including all surgical specialties and diagnostic services
• Labor & Delivery department available on-site (newborn deliveries not received in ED)
• Must be licensed in Indiana or hold IMLC
• Board certification required (Board Certification Eligible acceptable)
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days
• IMLC providers not accepted for this position
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
