Compensation & Benefits
Base pay + monthly sales incentive earning potential.
Sign‑on bonus: $2,000 for external candidates; an additional $1,000 if licensure is held at time of offer.
Average first‑year earnings ~$60K; top performers can earn $80K+.

Work Schedule
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM (shifts provided during training).
Full‑time position with seasonal flexibility.
Weekend work during training.
Work Location
Primary training location: 1000 NW 57th CT, Miami, FL 33126.
Hybrid schedule after completion of 6–10 week onsite training.

Primary Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from prospective members, converting callers to qualified leads and sales.
Answer calls, assess customer needs, and recommend appropriate products.
Document information accurately in computer systems.
Use product knowledge to explain differences between offerings and help select the best option.
Make outbound calls to members for follow‑up or to promote new products.
Assist prospects with enrollment applications over the phone.
Meet performance, attendance, and consumer‑experience goals.
Maintain licensure, appointments, and product‑certification requirements.
Required Qualifications
Final year of a bachelor’s degree (or degree obtained within 24 months of start).
Eligible to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship; H‑1B, TN, or other foreign work authorization is not accepted.
Preferred Qualifications
Sales, customer‑service, healthcare, or health‑insurance experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
