M&A - Associate Director

Elevate Partners are currently hiring at both Manager and Associate Director level for a new to market fast, growing advisory firm focused on mid-market M&A services to clients across the UK and Ireland. The successful candidates will join an ambitious team with a strong pipeline and lead the execution of buy‑side and sell‑side mandates across various sectors.

• 
  
• Originate, lead and manage M&A transactions end-to‑end, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and negotiations
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders
  
• Support and drive deal origination and sector insight initiatives
  
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering professional development
  
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives
  

• 
  
• 7–10 years’ experience in M&A within a Big 4, boutique advisory, or an investment banking environment
  
• Strong technical skills in valuation and financial modelling
  
• Proven track record of deal execution xcfaprz and client delivery
  
• Commercially minded with strong communication and leadership skills
