Crew data analysis associates bring data insights to life with predictive and descriptive analytics, create meaningful business intelligence and data visualization dashboards, and learn data profiling and cloud data practices.
Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to mobile app engagement, digital channel performance, member/customer behavior, and feature or campaign effectiveness
Build, enhance, and maintain dashboards and recurring reports using enterprise analytics and BI platforms such as Domo, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across mobile, web, and digital marketing initiatives
Proactively surface insights and optimization opportunities
Partner closely with mobile product managers, digital marketing, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand goals and translate them into actionable analytics solutions
Analyze campaign and engagement data to measure performance, adoption, retention, and conversion trends
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data from source systems and analytics warehouses
Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-functional ceremonies as part of an agile analytics or product team
Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure dashboards and reports are accurate, consistent, and trusted
Document dashboards, KPIs, data sources, and analytic definitions to support transparency, reuse, and scalability
Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data models, and analytic efficiency
Contribute ideas and best practices to advance analytics maturity across digital and marketing domains
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, digital analytics, or marketing/campaign analytics
Experience building dashboards and executive-facing reports that support decision-making
Strong working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting
Hands-on experience with analytics and BI platforms such as Domo, Adobe Analytics, Snowflake, or equivalent tools
Proven ability to interpret data, identify trends, and clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Preferred Qualifications
Background in marketing analytics, campaign analysis, or digital channel reporting (mobile, web, CRM, or customer engagement)
Experience with mobile product analytics, including engagement, conversion, or retention metrics
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools such as Jira and Confluence
Experience translating complex data into clear visual stories and actionable recommendations
Prior experience supporting analytics initiatives within a large enterprise or consulting environment
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
