Job Description: Must Have Technical/Functional Skills 8+ years of overall experience working on the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on enterprise-scale implementations. • Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. • Strong and comprehensive understanding of both declarative and programmatic Salesforce development. • Extensive experience with: o Salesforce Flows o Lightning Web Components (LWC) o Apex classes and triggers o Salesforce security and sharing models • Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, integrations, and platform limits. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Roles & Responsibilities • Design, develop, and implement scalable and high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform in alignment with business requirements and best practices. • Lead and contribute to Salesforce implementations involving Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, including case management, digital engagement, and customer self-service solutions. • Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using a combination of declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports, Dashboards) and programmatic solutions (Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components).
