As a Financial Services Representative, you’ll help individuals and families get more organized with their finances, understand their options, and move toward a more stable future. No experience is needed — we’ll train you step by step.
What you’ll be doing
- Talk with clients and get to know their goals
- Help explain simple financial concepts in a clear way
- Support families with getting organized and on track
- Follow up to make sure clients feel taken care of
- Work with a team that’s focused on growth and helping people
- Join trainings to keep learning and improving
What we’re looking for
- Good communication and people skills
- Positive attitude
- Willing to learn (we’ll teach you everything)
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Customer service or people experience is a plus, not required
