Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and high performance. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of associates to achieve sales and service targets. Monitor inventory levels, manage budgets, and control expenses. Ensure compliance with company policies and health/safety standards.
