The PM/BA will support across Operations, partner closely with Technology and development teams on solution design and delivery, and manage timelines through to implementation and operational readiness. The role is highly Jira-driven, with responsibility for delivery tracking, managing dependencies, driving change through ops readiness, and producing PowerPoint status updates and reporting. xcfaprz Strong stakeholder management and people skills are essential to navigate complex teams and personalities.
Must-haves
Experience as a Project Manager/Business Analyst within Investment Banking
Hands-on experience working with reference data in a global markets environment
Exposure to client reference data (e.g. settlement instructions, confirmations, CSDs, agents)
Strong Jira experience; comfortable managing delivery and workflows
Proven timeline management, delivery ownership, and stakeholder management skills
Experience driving operational readiness and change management
Plusses
Experience supporting client onboarding processes and data
Experience working in fragmented or legacy reference data environments
