Site Manager

We’re working with a long-established Irish contractor on a high-profile refurbishment project in Co. Clare. This is a standout role for an experienced Site Manager who enjoys leading day-to-day site delivery on projects where quality, coordination and attention to detail really matter. You’ll be joining a collaborative senior team and taking ownership of a site that blends modern construction with the sensitivities of a protected structure.

• A flagship project offering exposure to complex conservation and high-spec build elements.
  
• Full ownership of site operations, reporting to a Contracts Director who supports autonomy.
  
• A long-term permanent role with a stable, reputable contractor known for quality delivery.

• Lead day-to-day supervision of all site activity, ensuring works run safely, efficiently and to programme.
  
• Coordinate subcontractors, drive progress and maintain clear communication with senior management and client representatives.
  
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality records and site documentation.
  

• 
  
• 10+ years’ experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager in building construction.
  
• Strong track record delivering complex projects — heritage, hospitality or conservation experience a bonus.
  
• Excellent organisational and decision‑making skills with a steady, solutions‑focused approach.
