What we are looking for We are seeking an Analyst to join our team. Data drives you, you enjoy working with complex datasets, and you are passionate about helping clients solve diverse real-world problems. In this role, you will contribute to driving business performance, navigating risk, and developing pragmatic strategies through data-driven insights. Your ability to turn data into actionable solutions will be key to your success and impact within the team.
What you will do
Drive innovation by leveraging emerging technologies and best practices to address challenges in the healthcare and pharma industries.
Model complex data to solve critical business problems in collaboration with clients.
Enable strategic decisions by designing and running impactful analyses using statistical models and business intelligence tools.
Deliver advanced analytics solutions using tools such as Tableau, SAS, R, and Alteryx to improve patient outcomes and manage costs.
Develop deep data understanding to identify insights and optimize healthcare processes.
Create tailored solutions in partnership with clients to generate measurable and meaningful business outcomes.
Must Have
Strong academic record with a solid understanding of analytical and quantitative concepts.
Ability to understand business problems and support data analysis and reporting needs; exposure to tools or concepts such as Salesforce, segmentation, or go-to-market analytics is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to quality and accuracy.
Clear and effective communication skills (verbal and written) to present insights and collaborate with internal and client teams.
Familiarity through coursework, projects, or internships with areas such as marketing analytics, incentive compensation, call planning, or modeling is an advantage.
