Responsibilities
Use excellent presentation skills to develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations and close sales to meet established goals.
Process policy changes, cross‑sell, round out client accounts, and obtain referrals with keen attention to detail.
Overcome objections, follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, and educate and advise clients on the best policies for their unique needs.
Build clientele via telephone prospecting, cold‑calling, and warm leads obtained through referrals and other marketing activities.
Compensation
Base salary based on experience and track record of success, plus commission and bonus opportunities.

Requirements
Active Texas Property and Casualty General Lines license.
1+ years successful sales career in insurance.
Ability to generate new business through lead generation, referrals, and networking.
Ability to call all leads provided daily.
Spanish/English bilingual preferred, but not required.
Willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
Farmers Insurance experience is a plus.
