What You'll Do You’ll own the analytics strategy for Branch Operations — building the frameworks, leading the team, and delivering the insights that move our business forward.
Here’s what that looks like day to day:
Lead with Vision
Drive the Branch Operations analytics strategy in alignment with company OKRs and executive priorities
Translate big-picture goals into actionable analytical roadmaps
Champion the expanded use of data analytics across the organization
Show Up to Coach Up
Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of Branch Operations Data Analysts
Set clear expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct meaningful performance reviews
Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture grounded in Purpose Financial's core values
Oversee the design and delivery of KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level reporting
Ensure analytical outputs are accurate, relevant, and aligned with business objectives
Leverage SQL, Tableau, Sigma, and other analytics tools to drive consistent, high-quality results
Embody Integrity
Establish and enforce data quality standards and governance practices across all deliverables
Serve as the escalation point for data integrity issues — coordinating resolution across teams
Ensure compliance with data governance policies and best practices

Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Operations, IT, Finance, and beyond
Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned
Translate business needs into technical solutions — from documentation to end-user training
What You Bring
5–7+ years
of proven experience in data analytics, operations, or a related field
2+ years
of people management experience — coaching, mentoring, and developing talent
Deep proficiency in
SQL, Tableau, and/or Sigma
A track record of developing and executing analytics strategies tied to business outcomes
Exceptional communication skills — you make data land with both technical and non-technical audiences
A decisive, solutions-oriented mindset — you see the gap and you close it
BA/BS in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
