Revive Homes is a dynamic and growing remodeling company who is currently seeking dedicated and reliable Remodelers to join our team. As a Remodeler, you will play a crucial role in bringing our company's vision to life by remodeling properties for sale. This position is perfect for those who enjoy hands-on work and contributing to a variety of projects. We are offering both full-time and part-time positions to experienced individuals who are ready to join our team.
Responsibilities
Operating equipment such as large saws, drills, and pneumatic hammers.
Following instructions from the Lead Remodeler to complete assignments efficiently and on time.
Carrying, loading, unloading, and organizing construction materials.
Performing tasks such as framing, drywall, installing and repairing doors.
Completing finish work including hanging cabinets and trim work.
Executing tile work, including flooring and tubs.
Ensuring all safety and maintenance procedures are adhered to.
Maintaining a clean and organized worksite.
Qualifications
Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Consistent and dependable attendance record.
Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions.
1-2 years experience in remodeling or related fields.
Must have reliable transportation & driver's license
Must have basic construction tools
