About the Role
The Data Insights Manager- Operations is responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making within the Operations function. This newly created role supports the end-to-end supply chain by providing actionable insights through advanced data analytics, reporting, and performance monitoring. The role collaborates closely with operations, supply planning, commercial and IT teams to optimize the data provision and insights across all processes, including cost impact, and service levels.

About you
- Significant experience in a data analysis role, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or transportation sectors
- Proven experience in handling large datasets and developing insights for operational functions
- Understanding of logistics processes, KPIs, and supply chain dynamics
- Advanced qualifications in data analytics or certifications (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) are advantageous
