What Will You Do?

As a Workplace Services Analyst , you’ll be the backbone of our IT team, ensuring our IT equipment and systems in our distribution center run smoothly. You’ll be the first point of contact for IT-related questions and issues, playing a key role in supporting our employees. Together with a team of 6 colleagues, a team leader, and an IT manager, you’ll work to maintain and improve our IT infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Installing and maintaining IT equipment such as PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones, label printers, and barcode scanners.

• Troubleshooting and performing minor repairs in both warehouse and office environments.

• Ensuring the continuity and availability of workstations and applications.

• Efficiently handling and following up on incidents and requests.

• Providing hands-on support to users, focusing on Warehouse Management Systems and office software/hardware.

• Documenting processes and contributing to the improvement of IT services.

Who Are You?

You are a true IT problem-solver with a passion for technology. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a team. Additionally, you meet the following criteria:

• You have an IT education at Level 3 or equivalent (e.g., through courses).

• You have strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking skills.

• You master one or more of the following languages: Dutch, English, or German.

• You are flexible in terms of working hours (production runs in 2 shifts, so you occasionally have to support an early or late shift during the week or on a Saturday)

• You have excellent analytical skills, a proactive attitude, and work with precision and accuracy.

• You are a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge with colleagues and eager to learn.
