ATG are seeking a skilled Offshore Structural Engineer to join a growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, analysis, and assessment of offshore structures to support various energy projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform structural analysis and design of offshore platforms, jackets, monopiles, floating structures, and subsea infrastructure.
  • Conduct global and local finite element analysis (FEA) using industry-standard software (e.g., SACS, SESAM, ANSYS, ABAQUS).
  • Develop and review engineering calculations, reports, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant design codes and offshore standards (e.g., DNV, ISO, API, Eurocode).
  • Provide input during concept development, FEED, detailed design, and decommissioning phases.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams including geotechnical, marine, and installation engineers.
  • Support offshore inspection campaigns, fabrication, and construction phases as needed.
  • Interface with clients, contractors, and certification bodies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Structural, Offshore, or Marine Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in offshore structural engineering (renewables or oil & gas).
  • Proficient in structural analysis tools such as SACS, USFOS, STAAD.Pro, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of international design standards (API RP2A, DNV-ST, Eurocodes, etc.).
  • Experience with fatigue, dynamic analysis, and load-out/transport/install assessments is a plus. xcfaprz
  • Chartered status or working towards professional registration (CEng or equivalent) preferred.
