• Nationally Accredited Certification : Stretch Zone pays for the Stretch Practitioner certification, the only nationally accredited assisting stretching certification, enhancing your professional credentials.
• Hands-on Training & Marketable Skills : Gain 2 days of comprehensive, hands-on training with a Master Practitioner in South Florida, equipping you with valuable, marketable skills in the kinesiology and fitness fields.
• 30+ Hours of Interactive Learning : Participate in a 30+ hour interactive virtual training program tailored to various learning styles, offering flexibility to apply your kinesiology or fitness background and interests.

• Certifications/background/interest in fitness/wellness/health profession
• Applicant required to complete and pass one week of certification training

• Deliver individualized stretching sessions to members in alignment with your Stretch Zone Certification.
• Accurately assess members' needs to determine correct protocols
• Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service daily
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all tables and the studio on a daily basis.
• Regularly assist in contacting members and prospects
• You actively support community outreach and brand visibility by representing Stretch Zone Centreville beyond the studio walls. This includes engaging with local businesses, apartment communities, gyms, healthcare providers, schools, and civic organizations to build meaningful partnerships and referral relationships. You assist with coordinating and executing in-studio and off-site events such as open houses, Friends & Family weeks, wellness pop-ups, and community health events.
  You contribute to the studios social media presence by helping capture authentic contentphotos, short videos, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes momentsthat highlight our team culture, client experience, and community involvement. You collaborate with leadership to promote events, specials, and educational wellness messaging that aligns with brand standards while resonating with the Centreville community.
  As new team members onboard, you assist with training and reinforcement of standards, helping them feel confident, supported, and accountable from day one.
  Whether the Studio Manager is on-site or off-site, you are a steady, dependable leader who keeps operations running smoothly, members cared for, and the team focused on results.
  At the end of the day, you help close the studio, review wins and opportunities and prepare the team for a strong next day.
