Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team. We are a private practice group specializing in interventional pain management as well as neurology. We are a compassionate group looking for a long term provider to grow with our team.

Duties:

- Perform physical examinations and obtain medical histories

- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as medical imaging and laboratory tests

- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections

- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans

- Provide education and counseling to patients on preventive healthcare measures

- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

-Inpatient rounding in the hospital rotated with other providers as well as outpatient clinic.

Qualifications:

- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Michigan

- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in Family or Acute Care.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
