About the Role At LearnUpon, we’re seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team in Utah. This is a hybrid role, working 3 days per week from LearnUpon’s Salt Lake City office. LearnUpon LMS helps organizations train employees, customers, and members.
What You’ll Do
Determine if our product is a good fit for potential customers and move prospects into the sales pipeline by scheduling introductions to an Account Executive.
Play an active role in developing and improving processes for the Sales Development team and the company.
Identify and understand the business requirements of future customers to see if LearnUpon can meet their needs.
Be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in every interaction with potential customers.
Schedule and take responsibility for all initial qualification calls and arrange discovery calls or demonstrations where appropriate for our Sales Team.
Convey the value of our LMS to prospects.
Maintain a clean and accurate record of account information within a CRM system.
Manage outbound prospecting processes, including prospecting to target accounts.

1–2 years of software or enterprise selling experience.
A business studies or technology qualification.

Hiring Process
Qualified applicants will be invited to an interview with the hiring manager.
If successful, candidates will be invited to a 1‑hour task to demonstrate practical skill.
Successful candidates will have two final interviews with members of our Executive Team.
Successful candidates will be contacted with an offer to join the team.
