*Wage: $40–$50+/hour, depending on experience*
Action Plumbing & Heating Inc. is a busy, locally owned mechanical services company serving the South Okanagan. We’re looking for a qualified *Service Plumber* to join our growing team. This is a full-time position for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems for residential and light commercial customers
* Troubleshoot issues independently and communicate clearly with the office and clients
* Maintain accurate work orders and reports using our digital service system
* Deliver professional, courteous service on every job
* Participate in an on-call rotation (additional compensation provided)
Requirements:
* Red Seal Plumbing ticket preferred (or equivalent experience)
* Minimum 3 years of service plumbing experience
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
* Gas B ticket considered an asset
Compensation & Benefits:
* *$40–$50+/hour* based on experience and qualifications
