Join Our Team as a Learning and Development Trainer!
Contract: Permanent, Part-time - 21 hours a week
Location: Bromsgrove
Salary: Up to £18,000 (pro rata) - £30,000 FTE

As our Trainer, you will:
- Deliver engaging learning sessions in schools, residential homes, and online webinars—wherever our learners are!
- Design fun and structured training content that resonates and sticks.
- Create high-quality resources for our virtual learning environment.
- Bring energy, enthusiasm, and confidence to every group you work with, whether big or small.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across the organization to shape impactful courses.
Note: Occasional travel to our offices, schools, and our Bromsgrove/Milton Keynes head office is part of the role.
Who You AreYou are someone who:
- Loves teaching, presenting, or facilitating and feels at home in both face-to-face settings and webinars.
- Brings energy, humor, and connection into every session.
- Can stay calm and professional even when things get busy.
- Enjoys juggling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
- Thrives in a team environment and values building relationships.
- Has solid IT skills (Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, and LMS systems) and a flair for producing high-quality learning content.
- Is open to running the occasional early evening or twilight session when needed.
While training/teaching qualifications or VLE experience are great, your passion and skills are what truly matter to us!
