Job Title: Experienced Life Insurance Sales Producer
Location: Chicago, IL (Serving IL, WI, IN, FL, CA)
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Monthly & Annual Bonuses

We are looking for a driven, experienced Life Insurance Producer to take ownership of this initiative and help scale it.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Life Insurance Sales Producer who wants more than just a job — someone who wants to build, grow, and take ownership of a life insurance book of business within a fast-growing agency.

This role offers full autonomy to develop and execute your own strategy for growth, with the support of an established agency, strong lead flow, and an existing client base across multiple states.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and grow the agency’s life insurance book of business
  • Conduct needs-based consultations with new and existing clients
  • Identify opportunities within our current book (P&C clients, homeowners, families, etc.)
  • Build your own pipeline through referrals, cross-sales, and outreach
  • Work closely with our sales and service teams to maximize opportunities
  • Manage the full sales process from prospecting to close

Requirements

  • Active Life Insurance License (multiple states preferred: IL, WI, IN, FL, CA)
  • Proven experience in life insurance sales
  • Strong communication and consultative sales skills
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding production goals
