Responsibilities
Perform the installation and configuration of hardware/software, manage IT infrastructure projects and components, and monitor and support these services (including all operational processes, procedures and diagrams).
Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve the infrastructure and document all activities.
Daily interaction with customers and other IT personnel.
Ability to work flexible hours including on‑call rotation.
Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE
3 years direct experience in Information Technology.
3 years firewall, proxy and network operations/installation experience.
1 year datacenter firewall design/deployment experience.
1 year experience with enterprise public (Azure / AWS) or private (NSX) cloud platforms.
Experience with Zscaler and/or Zero‑Trust solutions.
WE VALUE
Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or another related field.
Educational background with a focus on Technology or IT desirable.
Enterprise datacenter firewall, proxy and network operations skills.
TCP/IP troubleshooting.
Experienced in developing and incorporating security into network designs and leading POC/pilots for emerging technology.
Strong communication skills to work with a collaborative cross‑functional team of peers and departments within the company.
Experience with programming/scripting (i.e. PowerShell, Bash, VB, C#, Ruby, Python, Terraform) is very beneficial.
Expert troubleshooting skills—able to combine big‑picture thinking with tactical directions.
Familiar with the Purdue PCN modular architecture.
Basic troubleshooting skills on Linux and Windows.
Basic knowledge of server/desktop/laptop, hardware/software installation, troubleshooting and repair.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Working under pressure and adapting to a rapidly changing environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A sense of urgency, in a crisis situation.
Knowledge and experience in monitoring tools and reports, general Windows Active Directory or LDAP experience, stored procedures and database queries/reporting and backup/recovery technology is a plus.

Benefits Of Working For Honeywell The annual base salary range for this position is $142,000 - $178,000.
