As a Pre‑Sales Solution Engineer, you will create product demonstrations of our WorkForce Software (WFS) time and attendance and scheduling products to meet prospective client requirements. You will bring proven expertise and responsiveness to the table every day on a team dedicated to unparalleled excellence.
Teamwork is essential as Pre‑Sales Technical Application Consultants work closely with our Solution Consulting team. You will participate in discovery calls and requirements interpretation and prepare detailed demonstration scripts. You will also design and code complex solutions for our prospective enterprise clients, including the Fortune 500.

IMPORTANT This is a highly technical role embedded into the sales organization with direct contact with our clients and prospective clients required.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Create complex product demonstrations independently and collaboratively with various teams to turn complex requirements into creative product demonstrations for our prospective enterprise clients worldwide.
Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to internal partners and the broader network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
Present and attend calls or demos with our clients or prospective customers to answer advanced questions about our products and configurations.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
You are a self‑starter with a passion for research and problem solving.
You will have the ability to learn WorkForce Software product configurations and formula language.
You will have knowledge of databases and SQL.
You will work well as a team member and be motivated individually.
You can prioritize and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines and tight turnarounds.
You can suggest best practices within the scope of our products’ capabilities.
You will have strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
You can travel up to 10% with the potential for international travel.
Associates located near an ADP or WorkForce office would be expected to follow the ADP hybrid work model.
BONUS POINTS FOR THESE: PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in the Human Capital Management space.
Familiarity with JavaScript or another object‑oriented programming language.
Experience with complex software configuration.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. Compensation ranges from USD $51,100.00 to USD $137,070.00 per year, in accordance with applicable wage and salary laws.
