Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless sales process from initial contact through post-sale follow-up.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales or a related field with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on persuasive selling techniques.
