Work with warm leads only - no cold calling Speak with property managers nationwide Follow up consistently and guide clients through scheduling services Build professional relationships over the phone Work toward clear performance goals Who Thrives Here
Strong communicators who enjoy talking to people Competitive and motivated by earning more Organized and consistent with follow-up Coachable and eager to grow Sales experience is not required - we train the right people.
Compensation
$25/hour base pay Uncapped commission structure On-target earnings up to $120,000 per year
