Position Overview
This is a hybrid role within the Platform Operations and Engineering Practice. Work focuses on platform consolidation and hardening across multiple systems. The engineering team works on DevOps/DevEx side of the platforms and technologies we use: producing GitHub Actions, implementing reference implementations, pairing with Software Engineers on automating away some of the more manual steps that developers undertake.
The candidate should possess excellent communication (written and verbal) and collaboration skills and be able to effectively prioritize across a number of focus areas. They must be eager to learn about new technologies and platforms as they are onboarded.
Responsibilities
Automate development processes and streamline CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
Collaborate with engineering teams to support platform consolidation and system hardening
Manage and optimize AWS serverless infrastructure
Monitor application performance with tools like Datadog and Vault
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues
Integrate new technologies into the platform
Ensure secure coding practices and maintain system compliance
Requirements
Knowledge of secure coding practices
Experience with application performance analysis
Networking (TCP/IP Layer 5 and higher) experience
Strong written and verbal communication
Excellent troubleshooting abilities
Experience with AWS CDK
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and balance multiple responsibilities
Strong analytical skills to find optimal solutions for technical and process-related problems, considering various factors and constraints

Senior DevOps Engineer (with AWS)
We are looking for an Experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to take ownership of an advanced AWS infrastructure.
Location options: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Ukraine. xcfaprz
Responsibilities and requirements for this role are similar in scope to the Platform Engineering role, focusing on managing AWS infrastructure, automation, and collaboration with engineering teams.
