A bit about the job: The successful individual will be answering warm inbounds calls as well as following up qualified outbound opportunities to support and guide our customers through their health insurance sales journey. You will support the end-to-end sales process and policy enrolment for our direct customer base, understanding the customer needs and making recommendations based on their requirements. This role will require shift rotations between 9am-6pm. Skills and experience were looking for: Excellent communication skills and previous experience in a Sales related role is essential. The ability to be empathetic towards our customers, supporting them through potentially difficult period whilst making their sales journey easy for them and building their loyalty. A good fact finder
