About
In this role, you will work in a GMP-controlled environment where quality and precision are key. You will carry out production processes in accordance with SOPs and regulations, carefully prepare activities, and ensure all work is accurately documented in systems and logs. You will also manage raw and auxiliary materials, helping to keep the production process running smoothly.
You stay alert to deviations in the production process and ensure they are properly recorded and reported. In addition, you play an important role in quality control by inspecting and sampling products, processes, and materials. You record results, perform validation and calibration activities, and contribute to improving procedures.
Alongside your production and quality tasks, you maintain a clean and safe workplace. You clean equipment, perform minor maintenance, resolve simple malfunctions, and ensure inventory is kept at the right levels. In doing so, you contribute daily to a reliable and high-quality production process.
- MBO eduation in a relevant discipline or equivalent level gained through experience
- Work or internship experience in a similar function within a GMP controlled environment
- Pharmaceutical process experience
- Detail-oriented, structured, proactive, and a strong team player
- Fluent in English and (preferred) Dutch
- Willing to work in 3 shifts (morning/ evening/ night) and during the weekends
- Full-time employment (36h) with a competitive salary
- Total shift allowance of 30,89%
- 8.33% end-of-year bonus and 8.33% holiday allowance
