What will you be doing? Lead and support Design Engineers within the team Prioritise workload and manage project schedules to meet business targets Act as key technical interface with customers; manage requirements and updates Oversee design validation to ensure performance and reliability Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and reports Drive new product development and continuous improvement Support prototype builds and testing activities Present design solutions and progress to internal stakeholders Mentor and develop junior engineers
