Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients through inbound and outbound conversations to understand their insurance needs and risk exposure.

Educate clients on insurance solutions by clearly explaining coverage options, benefits, and valuenot just price.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service, trust, and proactive follow-up.


Accurately process new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes in a timely and compliant manner.


Collaborate with a high-performing agency team to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and service standards.


Stay current on insurance products, carrier guidelines, and industry trends to provide informed, compliant recommendations.


Requirements

Valid Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

A strong dedication to customer satisfaction.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software.

A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
