• You will collaborate with other Community Integration Professionals, Direct Support Professionals, Programmers, Supervisors, individuals-served, and their families to ensure the best possible care for those you serve.

Creative Strategist & Career Coach Wanted!

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Creative Strategist & Career Coach. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with individuals who require assistance in obtaining and maintaining employment.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement personalized career plans tailored to each individual's skills, abilities, and goals.

You will also provide coaching and support to help individuals overcome barriers to employment and achieve success in their chosen careers.

• Collaborate with individuals to create customized career plans.
• Provide guidance and support to help individuals overcome obstacles to employment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and organizations to facilitate job placement.
• Conduct regular progress assessments to ensure individuals are meeting their career goals.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a supported employment setting or similar environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
