RESPONSIBILITY

• Offer an exceptional service to the customer;
• Increase and maximize sales;
• Execute product launches;
• Communicate and ensure that requested tasks are done by the designated people;
• You will ensure that that the clerks are in an environment where communication is key;
• You will ensure that the sanitary, health and safety rules are properly followed to provide a healthy environment for all;
• You will place product orders necessary for the proper functioning of the department, ensure that all products are available, check that expired products are removed from shelves;
• Manage inventory, purchases, price list;
• Manage loss prevention;
• Other related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

• You have a high school or college diploma;
• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in retail or in the bulk department;
• You have strong communication skills, you have a great team spirit, you have good leadership and you are dynamic;
• You have good management experience, and customer service is your priority.
