The Role
We are looking for a strong, organized, and reliable Administrative Coordinator to support our team. This person will play a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly, while also helping coordinate projects, maintain structure, and ensure policies are followed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
- Coordinate and follow up on internal tasks and projects
- Manage schedules, documentation, and communications
- Write and maintain clear, accurate reports
- Keep files and records organized and up to date
- Help ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently
- Support communication across the organization
- Act as team lead when required, including supporting staff and ensuring expectations are met
- Contribute to a structured, respectful, and efficient work environment

- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage priorities and stay on top of details
- Confidence in maintaining structure, enforcing policies, and guiding staff when needed
- Strong report writing and documentation skills
- Reliability, professionalism, and discretion
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Assets
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Experience in social services, community organizations, or similar settings
- Experience working with or understanding of Indigenous communities
