Up to £70,000 KO2's client, a rapidly expanding and innovative start-up based in the Stroud area, is seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer with strong expertise in wireless mesh, LoRaWAN, and RF technologies to join their growing engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge connected products, playing a key role in shaping robust, low-power wireless systems within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for wireless and IoT products Develop and optimise wireless mesh networking, LoRaWAN, and other RF communication protocols Work closely with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration with embedded platforms Debug, test, and validate RF and embedded systems in both lab and field environments Contribute to system architecture, protocol selection, and technical strategy Support full product lifecycle from concept through to production and deployment Required Skills & Experience Strong experience in embedded C/C++ development Proven experience with wireless mesh technologies (e.g., Zigbee, Thread, BLE Mesh) Hands...
