Senior F&C Controller of FP&A – IT & Digital Americas
Role Purpose

We are seeking a Senior Finance & Controlling (F&C) Controller to lead our Financial Analysis & Planning Team (FP&A) and partner with IT & Digital Americas leadership as a strategic financial copilot. This role sits at the center of financial planning & analysis, controlling, and transformation—ensuring trusted financial foundations, forwardlooking insight, and disciplined value realization across the IT & Digital portfolio.

The Senior F&C Controller of FP&A will drive standardized, transparent, and decisionready finance, enabling leadership to prioritize investments, optimize resources, and deliver measurable outcomes. This role is a critical enabler of delivering enterprise value creation.

Your Impact

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the single finance voice for IT&Digital Americas Finance, ensuring clarity, consistency, and confidence in financial decision making
  • Enable leaders to move faster with accurate, standardized, and trusted financial information
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
  • Ensure IT & Digital investments deliver measurable & sustained value
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business Partnership & Financial Planning
  • Act as a trusted copilot to IT & Digital Americas leadership, supporting strategy execution through financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Guide investment decisions by analyzing cost drivers, productivity, run vs. change spend, and return on investment.
  • Connect financial performance to strategic objectives and KPIs, enabling informed tradeoffs and prioritization.
Financial Governance, Data Integrity & Compliance
  • Own end to end financial governance across IT & Digital Americas, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with global and statutory requirements.
  • Lead consolidation, forecasting, and reporting processes, delivering consistent and decisiongrade financial outputs.
  • Ensure robust cost allocation, capitalization, contract governance, and chargeback mechanisms.
  • Safeguard balancesheet integrity, audit readiness, and internal control compliance across markets, hubs, and shared service teams.
Insight Driven Decision Support
  • Transform financial data into forwardlooking insights, scenarios, and performance narratives that inform leadership decisions.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities early, enabling proactive course correction.
  • Provide clear financial storytelling that links technology investments to business outcomes.
  • Deploy common financial frameworks and toolkits that create one version of the truth across stakeholders.
Transformation & Value Enablement
  • Act as a key finance lead for transformation initiatives, acquisitions, divestitures, and special projects, ensuring clean financial cutovers and disciplined execution.
  • Enable reinvestment decisions by identifying efficiencies, productivity gains, and released capacity.
Operating Model & Capability Building
  • Support the evolution of the One AMS IT & Digital Finance operating model, driving standardization and simplification across FP&A, controlling, and market interfaces.
  • Champion automation, analytics, and modern finance tools to shift focus from manual reporting to valueadded analysis.
  • Build a highperforming finance organization by setting clear objectives, developing talent, and strengthening futureready capabilities.
  • Coach and develop finance team members to increase business acumen, influence, and impact.
What Will Make You a Great Fit
  • 7–10+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling, or FP&A roles within complex, matrixed organizations
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders as a financial business partner or copilot
  • Strong foundation in financial planning, investment evaluation, accounting, and cost management
  • Experience operating across regional, crossfunctional, and shared service environments
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify processes, improve finance operating models, and support transformation
  • People leadership experience with a focus on capability building and performance acceleration
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholderinfluencing skills
  • Advanced English
